By using our services, you agree to vibe respectfully and responsibly. Below are the resort commandments:

1. Booking Policy

All bookings are based on availability and confirmed via email or SMS. We reserve the right to decline or cancel if needed—no ghosting allowed!

2. Payment

Securing your booking may require full or partial payment. If you don't seal the deal in time, we might have to let it go—Elsa-style.

3. Cancellation & Refund

Cancel at least 48 hours before your reservation to get your refund. No-shows are a no-go—sorry, no refunds there.

4. Conduct

Respect the space and the vibe. Unsafe or destructive behavior may lead to eviction, and yes, we’ll do it without a refund.

5. Liability

We're not responsible for lost items or injuries unless we messed up big-time. Watch your belongings, not just the sunset.

6. Updates

We may update these terms whenever needed. Check back now and then—fine print matters.
